HEY, I’M STEFFANY

A bit of context

I've never been limited to a single role. I've spent most of my career figuring things out as I go, taking on work that often stretched far beyond my job title. I learned by being close to the problems.

Over time, I became someone people trusted to make things make sense, which taught me to trust my own thinking too.

More importantly, it showed me that I'm at my best when I'm making sense of complexity. Looking back, the titles changed, but the work I enjoyed most stayed surprisingly consistent: part systems thinking, part problem solving, and part understanding people.

If you've made it this far, we’ll probably get along. Reach out on LinkedIn or by email, I’d love to hear from you.

About the !

I use the exclamation mark as a visual cue for emphasis. My work focuses on details people feel but don’t always notice, and it felt like a natural symbol for that.
